What you’ll do
- Build and maintain backend services for Point of Sale, payments, and intelligence.
- Improve uptime, observability, and incident response.
- Design safe rollouts and migrations that avoid downtime.
- Partner with product engineering to ship features without regressions.
What we’re looking for
- Experience designing and operating production systems.
- Strong fundamentals: data, latency, and failure modes.
- Comfort with Postgres and API design.
- A calm, ownership-driven approach to debugging.
